Treetop Adventure Plus Annual Pass

You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. There's a £5 administration fee per pass to cancel within these 14 days. Postage is not refundable. As soon as your pass has been used, you are no longer entitled to a refund even if it is within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day cooling off period only applies to online purchases.

The annual pass will be active from the date of purchase, and will be valid for 1 year from then.

No, annual passes can only be used by one person. Only the person who matches the name and photo on the pass can use it. It cannot be used by multiple people unfortunately.

You will need to book onto a session with your annual pass, this can be done in advance online or on the day at the cabin if there is enough availability. We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, as we can't always guarantee enough spaces will be available on the day.

The booking fee is applied to every booking made online, at the cabin, or through our booking line team for a future date. We charge a booking fee to cover the costs associated with processing bookings efficiently and securely. This non-refundable fee covers various operational expenses, including website maintenance, hosting fees, payment processing fees, customer support services, and technology investments aimed at improving your booking experience.

Unfortunately, we don't have an annual pass for Forest Segways, but we do have annual passes for our tree top experiences. Our annual passes are still new, so please keep an eye out in case we create more passes for other activities.

Unfortunately, annual passes cannot be used to book special events such as Sundown Adventures.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select 'Book Now' then 'Book an Adventure'.
3. Pick your, location, followed by your chosen activity.
4. Choose passholders to add to your booking (plus anyone else coming along).
5. Pick your day and time.
6. Your activity will be free (the booking fee and anything extra will be added to your total including your 10% off products).
7. Check out as usual.

We can upgrade your pass to a different pass type at the cabin or via email. If you contact our customer care team at [email protected] along with your pass number and the pass type you would like to upgrade to, our team will be happy to look into this.

We offer discounts for carers at Go Ape. These discounts will apply depending on the adventure and level of care needed to support. To discuss this further we recommend speaking to our team on 01603 895500. They can talk through your individual needs and can help apply the appropriate discount whilst on the phone to get you booked in.

Parking fees are not included in the annual pass as the parking is determined by the landowner of the site, not Go Ape.

We have 4 types of annual passes - the Treetop Adventure Annual Pass, Treetop Adventure Plus Annual Pass, Treetop Challenge Annual Pass and Nets Adventure Annual Pass. The Treetop Adventure Annual Pass can only be used for Treetop Adventure, and the Nets Adventure Annual Pass can only be used for Nets Adventure. However, the Treetop Adventure Plus Annual Pass can be used for Treetop Adventure Plus and Treetop Adventure. Likewise, the Treetop Challenge can be used for Challenge Plus, Treetop Challenge, Treetop Adventure Plus and Treetop Adventure. You can find out more on our annual pass page.

You can use your annual pass at any of our locations! You'll be asked which site is your local one, but otherwise you can use it at any Go Ape as long as you're booking the appropriate activity for your pass.

It can take up to 2 weeks depending on the speed of Royal Mail for a physical annual pass to arrive. If you still haven't received your physical pass, please contact our friendly customer care team at [email protected] along with your pass number.

Yes. You can buy a Nets Adventure Annual Pass, which gives you unlimited access to Nets Adventure for a full year at participating locations.

The pass is recommended for children aged 3–11 and allows one Nets Adventure session per day, subject to availability and opening times.
