Supervision Ratios
Self Belay Sites

Adults must supervise children between the ages of 10 to 15 years old.

One adult (18+) can supervise 2 children aged 10 to 15 and must participate in the activity.

Adults (18+) cannot simultaneously supervise children participating in Treetop Challenge and other high ropes activities such as Treetop Adventure and Treetop Adventure Plus.

One adult (18+) can supervise 4 children aged 12 and under and must participate in the activity.

One adult (18+) can supervise 8 children aged 13-15 years old from the course or on the ground.

How to Use Your Pass

Once purchased, your Annual Pass will be automatically added to your Go Ape online account and sent by email (and post if selected).

Here’s how it works:

  • Book any eligible adventure online – it’ll show as free at checkout (booking fee applies)
  • Prefer spontaneity? Turn up at a cabin for a walk-in adventure (subject to availability)
  • Parents and guardians can manage passes for the whole family in one account
  • Each pass lasts 12 months from the date of purchase
  • You can use it once per day, every day we’re open
  • Passes are non-transferable – it’s your personal ticket to adventure

This was my first ever Go Ape experience on my birthday at the rip old age of 47... the staff we encountered were friendly and put safety at the forefront of everything. Before moving off on our own we felt fully confident on what we were doing. The course was amazing as it started with a massive zip line and then with shaken knees and the adrenaline pumping we were off on our own. Thank you to the staff there and I look forward to our next visit

They’re also very dog-friendly — they always greet my dog and offer him water. We have an unlimited pass, and it’s definitely worth it. A great adventure for kids, with lots of exercise and being outdoors!
